Beneficiaries

The organizers of the Street Fair have three goals: making stronger within the Leather-Fetish scene, steps in the open public to reduce pre-judgements, as well as the support of community associations and organizations in Europe, which support and care for HIV-Positive people and those with AIDS.
Our donations raised will be used for those projects. The members and supporting friends of FOLSOM EUROPE are charitable workers. In the USA through Folsom Street Fair hundreds thousands US Dollars are collected and put into a variety of projects.

Also in our seventh year will we be hunting for donations. The organisers of both our FOLSOM STREET parties, PERVERTS and PIG will be forwarding a portion of the ticket sales to us, and the OSPI and other groups in Berlin ask visitors to the street festival for donations at the event.
Since 2008 we have directly incorporated a number of HIV and AIDS projects in Berlin so that they were able to talk directly and explain to visitors, if so wished, for what the donated money would be used for. A new and successful concept for us.
In 2009, along side the Berlin Projects Kindergarden Fuggerstasse, OSPI, Mann-O-Meter and Café Posithiv and also berlin positiv e.V. profited from our funding.
