Respect
Last year we asked our visitors to take responsibility and follow a few rules to respect our neighbours at Fuggerstr. and Welserstr. After the huge success last year we would like to remain focused on that campaign this year again.
FOLSOM EUROPE has developed over the first few years into a grand-event. Men and women from all over the world come together, to meet each other, to help others, and also to promote acceptance and respect for their way of life.
A responsible association with regard to safe sex and drugs must also, as a matter of course, go together with a respectful association with all visitors and the residents of the Schöneberger Kiez. We expect, that we will be warmly welcomed by the residents on this our day, but also the residents will expect us to behave like guests. Therefore please remember our three basis FOLSOM STREE T rules:
*Nicely packed away heightens the anticipation – keep the private parts covered.
*Sex is fun – above all in dark rooms and at our parties. The street is however taboo!
*and the use of our toilets on the streets is free. Gardens and backyards do not require additional fertilizer!
We appeal to all visitors to live a respectful association with your fellow human beings. Thank you!

I KNOW WHAT I’M DOING
A candle light dinner at a cruising spot – that’s how Reinhard kickstarted his gay life. He comes from Haselünne, a small town in the quiet region of Emsland. And this 33-year old still loves his life in the country but roams the city on weekends. In 2009 he was crowned Mr. Bear Germany.
Reinhard is one of more than 20 men who talk about lust and risks. Within I KNOW WHAT I’M DOING these guys speak about how they like it and how they deal with HIV and other STDs. The role models are old or young, rough or tender, HIV-negative or HIV-positive. They don’t hold back and talk about their (sex)life openly, honestly. I KNOW WHAT I’M DOING was designed by the Deutsche AIDS-Hilfe (the German Aids Foundation) for men who have sex with men. On www.iwwit.de you can learn more on and be part of the campaign by leaving a statement.
